When we undertake any carpet cleaning all care is taken to ensure that the best possible end results are achieved.

A hot water extraction process is the basis of our cleaning

The Carpet cleaning process entails a 3-stage commercial grade pre-spray will be applied which is incorporated with a hot water extraction carpet steam clean.

1. Commercial Grade dirt extraction “steam master” pre-spray which is considered as an industry leader in removing embedded oily stains which have been lodged deep within the carpet fibers.
2. BIOSAN II is a hospital grade disinfectant which is engineered to react from deep within the carpet pile and eradicate any micro- organism contaminants.
3. Once the solution is applied all visible markings are individually addressed, meaning they are handscubbed ensuring best possible results.
4. On completion, all areas will be treated with “ODORITE”. A citrus based deodorizer which will be broomed into the carpets providing a crisp/fresh scent. Unlike what others use, this solution provides a far more pronounced result in that it coats the carpet following brooming.
